Reminder.......Morning Extended Care starts at 7:00 a.m Please ring the bell at 360 9th Avenue. The schoolyard is officially open at 7:40 a.m. Please do not leave children unsupervised prior to 7:40. After school is over students should report directly to Extended Care or head for home. If they must wait more than 15 minutes for their ride, they should come back into school and phone home. The yard is not open for free play unless students are registered in Extended Care.

Our Star students recently held a Science Fair and we are delighted to announce that six of their entries are being displayed at the Randall Museum. These entries are provided by Star students: Rebecca Gisslow (6th ), Caitlyn Rocha (7th), Sasha Kondrachov (6th) and Yelena Vayn (6th), Johann Joson (7th) and Simon Ocharoenkul (7th), Bradley Monterola (7th) and Eugene Kwan (7th), and Danielle Chen (6th) and Jackie Tan (6th). We also had parents judging all of the entries and the winners at Star are: 1st Place – Sasha Kondracho and Yelena Vayn, 2nd Place – Julian Dishart, 3rd Place – Moises Hernandez, and 4th Place – Bradley Monterola and Simon Ocharoenkul. An Honorable Mention goes to C.J. Yoldi-Pappas. Job well done by all participants!
