This year the parish festival will be October 13th and will feature a new event: Touch-a-Truck. The Touch-a-Truck event will feature vehicles such as a fire truck, heavy equipment vehicles, and garbage truck. All these vehicles will be parked on 8th Avenue (which will be closed to traffic). Each year Star of the Sea families are required to volunteer and work at the annual Parish Festival. This is a great community event that raises monies for the parish that will also benefit the school.
